Bracknell Forest is a unitary authority area in Berkshire, South England. It includes The two towns of Bracknell and Sandhurst and the village of Crowthorn, as well as the regions of North Ascot, Warfield and Winkfield. Portions of Borough border neighboring Boroughs such as Wokingham and Windsor & Maidenhead Royal Borough. The borough also borders parts of Surrey and Hampshire to the south. The Borough was formed as the East Hampstead Rural District under the Local Government Act of 1894 as a successor to the East Hampstead Rural Sanitary District. Originally a small rural district, it had a population of about 20,000 during World War II. Bracknell, within the district, was one of the first newly designated towns after the war and became a civil parish in 1955, formed from parts of the parishes of Binfield, East Hampstead, Warfield and Winkfield. Bracknell was originally a settlement on the southwestern edge of Warfield parish. The district's population grew rapidly, reaching 64,135 in the 1971 census. In 1974, the district was reconstituted as a non-metropolitan district of Bracknell under the Local Government Act of 1972. In May 1988, the name was changed to Bracknell Forest and at the same time it was given rose status. On April 1, 1998, as a result of the Banham Review, the Berkshire County Council was abolished and the Bracknell Forest Borough Council became a single agency. From 2008, references to 'rose' were removed in favor of the Bracknell Forest Council. Bracknell Forest has been in partnership with Opladen in Germany since 1973 and continued by Leverkusen after Opladen was incorporated in 1975. Five of The sites are listed on the Register of Thetoric Parks and Gardens: Ascot Place, Broadmoor Hospital, Newbold College, South Hill Park and Windsor Great Park. The Bracknell Forest Borough Council offices in Time Square on Market Street were featured in the February 4, 2010 episode of Road Wars, ending the car chase. Two rivers flow through the Bracknell Forest, the Blackwater River forming the southern boundary of the county and the Cutt River meandering through the northern settlements. They receive their water from small creeks within the district, namely Bullbrook to the north, which empties into the Cutt River, and Wish Stream, which empties into the Blackwater River. The proportion of buildings and structures in the district is approximately 35% of the total land area.Foster caregivers are ordinary individuals and come from different foundations, analogous to the youths they watch for.
