The Capstone Foster Care journey was started by Richard Compton-Burnett and Simon Constantine in 2009.
From the beginning of the Capstone journey, we have been clear in our vision, and passionate about 3 main areas:
Making a difference to the lives of disadvantaged Children and Young People in Care
Supporting carers with extensive Fostering Training and 24-hour support
Striving for excellence in all that we do
As an Independent Fostering Agency, we bring many years of management, strategic and financial experience to Capstone and, over the last decade, we have grown rapidly. Beginning as a small team, we now operate from offices covering most parts of England – with over 180 members of staff supporting 600 Carers.
