We are a fostering service provided by Father Hudson’s Care and was established in 1992. We are a small, friendly team focused on the well-being and positive outcomes of the children and young people we support. Based near Birmingham, we welcome enquiries from people living in the West Midlands, Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent, Warwickshire and Worcestershire. We are rated as ‘Good’ by OFSTED following an inspection in January 2018. Check out the downloads section below to view our inspection report. We are a preferred fostering provider for many Local Authorities in the area and receive many requests for children and young people to live with our foster carers. We pride ourselves on the quality of the service and support offered to foster carers; we take care to match children and young people with carers who can meet their individual needs. The welfare of children and young people is at the heart of all we do to enable them to reach their full potential.  Please take a look at our Statement of Purpose by clicking on the document below in the downloads section. We recruit foster carers who are patient, resilient, understanding, compassionate and flexible (and with a sense of humour!) and who have time and space in their lives to devote to a child or young person and be able to ride the highs and lows. We recruit foster carers from all walks of life. You can apply to foster with us:

• whether you rent or own your own home
• if you live within the Midlands
• if you have a spare bedroom for fostering

We welcome enquiries irrespective of your race, religion, language, culture, gender, disability, age or sexual orientation. Our foster carers receive a generous allowance. We provide training throughout your fostering career.  You will have a named social worker to support, supervise and guide you. We also provide an out-of-hours service (staffed by social workers).
